We require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation otherwise you will be charged for your first nights accommodation.
Specific room types that offer a cheaper non-refundable/ no changes room rate. Due to the highly discounted rate we offer for this we are unable to change or refund your booking if your accommodation needs change. You credit card will be charged at the time of your booking.
Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival.
If your credit card is declined or invalid then every attempt will be made to contact you (phone, email and text sent) however if we are unable to get in contact with you we will be unable to hold the room and it will be released back for sale.
If you do not arrive for your booking we are unable to offer a refund for the first night since the cancellation time has passed. A refund will be provided for any remaining nights you have booked.
If you do have to leave early due to a border closure or covid related event we are happy to offer you a credit for your accommodation to use with in 6 months of your stay.
The motel obeys by all local laws and health guidelines when it comes to Covid-19.
As of October 2022 a decision has been made to discontinuing offering pet friendly accommodation.
We will still honor any bookings previously made provided they still follow the terms and conditions listed below.
You must book a pet friendly room at the time of booking. If you book a standard room and arrive with a pet we will be unable to proceed with your booking unless we can upgrade you to a pet friendly room, with the extra cost of a pet friendly room added onto your booking.
A strict maximum of 1 small dog up to 15kg (French Bulldog, Cavalier Spaniel, Toy Poodle etc) per room.
Your pet must not be left unattended in the room at any time.
Any barking dogs and their owners will be asked to leave immediately.
If you try and check-in with a larger dog you will be declined.
If at any time management feels your dog is a risk or disturbance to other guests you will be asked to remove the dog from the premises.
Cat’s are not allowed.
As our terms and conditions are very clear when it comes to our pet friendly rooms no refunds will be given if you are asked to leave or if you try and check-in with a pet other than one described above.
