Frequently Asked Questions
Normal check in time is 2pm however we strive to have most rooms ready to go by 12. If you are needing an early arrival (after 9am but before 2pm) simply give us a call and we can give you a better estimate on when your room will be ready.
Checkout time is 10am.
If you are needing a later checkout then please see reception staff to arrange this.
Yes parking is completely free. We have ample unallocated carparks throughout the motel all within a short walk to your room.
We ask that you park one of your cars away from the rooms in our restaurant/ conference room car park so that other guests can still park close to their room.
Simply keep an eye on your email or text messages and we will send you all the late arrival information needed to access your room.
If you fail to receive any of these then there is a 24-hour contact phone number on our front door as well as a doorbell for our onsite staff to come and help you.

The pool is open daily from 7am to 9pm.
Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Pools towels are available from reception.
Glass is not permitted in the pool area.
Noise and music are to be keep to a minimum to be respectful for other guests.
Housekeeping will conduct a light service of your room daily Monday to Friday before 12 noon.
Daily servicing is unavailable on weekends and public holidays, if you require any fresh towels or extra amenities simply pop into reception and this can be arranged for you.
Bins are provided throughout the motel if you need to dispose of any rubbish throughout your stay.
Our onsite guest laundry has 2 coin operated washing machines and 2 coin operated driers, open until 9pm daily for your convenance.
Washing machines require $4 (in one dollar coins) and the driers take $4 per 60 minutes.
Complimentary laundry powder is supplied in the laundry for you.
